Letter of Grievance Resolution
Grievance 04 K 009 The parties agree that this is a full and final resolution of all claims arising from the Human Resources Class Study and the Consolidation of Human Resources services within the Division of Personnel including but not limited to the above grievances: In consideration for this resolution the State agrees to pay each employee that is a member of the bargaining unit on the effective date of this agreement, the sum of $500.00, as grievance settlement pay in a separate warrant, less all mandatory deductions. In consideration for this resolution the Association agrees to withdraw the above grievances with prejudice. This resolution shall be effective with the signing of both parties and the sum shall be paid no later than June 30, 2004. This resolution is contingent on ratification of a July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2007, Collective Bargaining Agreement. This resolution is entered into solely to address the particular circumstances surrounding this grievance and does not establish any practice or precedent between the parties. It shall not be introduced or used in any subsequent dispute or hearing except as may be necessary to resolve a dispute concerning the terms of this agreement.
